I chose Briksmax over the other Artemis light kits because I thought the had the most realistic design. Other kits put lights on the rocket tips, which would not happen, or had garish colors.

The problem with the kit is that it is incredibly fiddly, especially on the tower. It is difficult to get the lights to click under the LEGO coloured round “bulbs”. It is difficult to managing all the little cables and twisting them into larger strands as they weave up the tower, and it is fiddly getting the connectors to chick into the various expansion boards (tweezers help).
They should get someone in China to design a slightly more friendly expansion board.

The problem with LEGO is that it is not designed for lights, there is nothing to hold the cables in place and bricks are designed to snap flush. Getting cables not to dangle sometimes required trapping them under small new bricks introduced to the model. It is difficult to keep the cables tidy and the whole thing took ages.

However was pleased with the overall design and use of different colour temperatures was done well. The flood lights on the rocket were good

Would have thought lights on the top of the tower should have been red and slowly flashing to warn aircraft.

This kit lends itself to a top end light set with a countdown/take off sound effect speaker, red lights rumbling in the exhaust bay etc

The light set for the Artemis set is fantastic. The updated connectors are a game changer! I love being able to connect wires either way. This saves so much time!

The lights add the perfect pre-launch look to the Artemis set. Just the right amount of lighting to illuminate the rocket. The kit would have been better if the junctions were built into the Lego bricks so it would hide better. All in all, a nice addition.

Very satisfied with the Lightailing kit, requires a lot of pin lighting secured by studs which require dexterity in installation. Suggest making a hole on the stud so the light will be outside, it will prevent the stud from jumping out. Also additional lighting for the exhaust cavity to highlight the massive engines. Over all I recommend the lighting kit as it truly highlights the massive size of the lego.

Great lightset.

Lighting for this is perfect. Only problem i have with it is that they changed there connectors to a large size harder to hide wires and connections boards. I like for no wires to show it is more real that way.

Excellent kit. Installation was good.
Pictures could have been a little clearer. Only reason I didn't leave 5 stars.

A lot of shorts in the circuits and not nice wiring at the top of the tower
