Look absolutely amazing
This kit has some amazing features that you don't see in others. I did combine this one with one other to get my desired effect but the majority is from this kit.
I used the red lights on the walls that you don't get in other kits and on the big gun piece, the red lights from the guns.
The red lights on the walls look amazing and really set this one apart.
It's an easy build, even though the lights can be fiddle on the x-wings and tie fighter, but that comes down more to the lego itself.
It's a must for a great diorama.
Easy to assemble and looks amazing, love this light kit
5 for looks, 3 for assembly! Came out looking great in the end, but it seemed like more trouble than the some of the other kits I've tried. Maybe it's BriksMax ... was my first of theirs.
Lights were just lights - no lego piece attached - wires needed to be connected to a common bus. Just more work.
Great lighting kit beings the lego a bit more to life
the laser bolts are really great, as are the details in the trench and the back wall, bright and very dramatic, particularly in more dim lighting situations.
The set itself is already great and brings back a great moment of movie history.
But when it‘s getting dark, the light kit really pushed it to an eye catcher on my shelve!
I picked the Briksmax over the Lightailing set because I love the trans clear red bars in the background (although there haven‘t been any in the movie)
This was one of the best lighting set I've bought.looks awesome and really easy to install.few of the directions where a little hard to see.
This kit helped bring to life the iconic trench run from Star Wars episode 4 - A New Hope. The set itself is wonderful but adding the lighting detail to simulate laser cannon fire and the thrust from the x-wing fighters took this already great set to a whole new level. The install was very straightforward and I found adding in the light elements as I did the build allowed for complete hiding of all wires. All in all another must have for the serious collector.
