I bought the gauntlet last year but didnt build it until I purchased the light kit. What I should have done is read the light kit instructions, instead I fully built the gauntlet then took it apart, no hardship as the instructions are spot on, easy to follow and within 30 minutes it was broken down, lights and wires fitted and reassembled, it worked first time with no issued and for my sausage fingers that's an achievement.
Well worth it, well worth the money, I cant see the gauntlet being displayed without lights
The light kit was easy to install and the result is perfect !

Works great, follow the booklet , it is one of the best sets of instructions out there!! , we thought we would watch someone assemble it on YouTube But don’t , because they do it in the wrong order , just follow the instructions, works great , and the gauntlet looks so good lit up ,, thanks

The kit was awesome and it works really well the only thing I found was on certain parts the instructions weren’t very clear of where to run the wires so I made it up myself whether I done right or wrong I don’t know but it works Will be ordering some more at some point in the near future anyway

Yes. Our light kits are designed to be installed on completed LEGO® sets. You may need to temporarily remove a few bricks during installation, then put them back in place.
Power options vary by light kit. Depending on the product, the kit may use USB power, a battery box, or support both. Please check the product details for the power option included with your specific kit.
Only if you choose to power the light kit with a battery box. Batteries are not included. For kits that support USB power, you can connect them to a compatible USB power source instead.
