Lightailing Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms (“Terms”) apply to participation in the Lightailing Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying for or participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Lightailing reserves the right to review affiliate activity and determine commission eligibility in accordance with these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Approval
Affiliate applications are subject to review and approval by Lightailing.
We may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate an affiliate account if we determine that the affiliate, promotional methods, website, social media account, or other traffic sources are not suitable for the Program or do not comply with these Terms.
Affiliates are responsible for keeping their account and payment information accurate and up to date.
2. Commission
Affiliates may earn up to 8% commission on qualifying purchases.
Commission rates may vary by affiliate, product, promotion, campaign, or other commercial arrangement.
Commissions are calculated on the eligible order value after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes, refunds, returns, and other non-commissionable amounts.
The commission rate displayed or initially recorded for an order may be adjusted if the order is later determined to be partially or fully ineligible.
3. Referral Tracking
Qualifying referrals are generally tracked for 7 days following a valid affiliate referral.
Tracking and attribution may be affected by browser settings, cookie restrictions, ad blockers, device changes, customer behavior, and other technical factors.
Commission is payable only where a qualifying referral can be reasonably attributed and verified through our affiliate platform and order records.
4. Qualifying Purchases
A qualifying purchase must:
- Be generated through an eligible affiliate referral;
- Be successfully completed and paid;
- Comply with these Terms;
- Not involve fraud, self-referral, prohibited advertising, or attribution manipulation; and
- Remain eligible after cancellations, refunds, returns, chargebacks, or other order adjustments.
Lightailing reserves the right to review transactions before payment.
5. Promotions & Special Offers
Lightailing may run sitewide promotions, seasonal sales, clearance events, product launches, or other special offers.
During selected promotional periods, affiliate commission rates may be reduced, changed, or certain products or purchases may be excluded from commission eligibility.
Commission rates and eligibility may therefore differ from standard Program rates during promotional campaigns.
Affiliates may only promote discount codes that are publicly available or specifically authorized by Lightailing for affiliate promotion.
Private, customer-specific, targeted, expired, or unauthorized discount codes may not be advertised or distributed.
6. Paid Search & PPC
Affiliates may not use paid search advertising to promote Lightailing or BriksMax through affiliate tracking without prior written authorization from Lightailing.
Unless specifically authorized, affiliates may not bid on or purchase keywords containing or combining:
- Lightailing or BriksMax;
- Our trademarks, domain names, misspellings, or variations;
- Brand + product name;
- Brand + product/model/set number;
- Brand + coupon, discount, sale, promo, or similar terms.
Direct linking from paid search advertisements to Lightailing.com using affiliate tracking is prohibited unless approved in writing.
Commissions associated with unauthorized paid search activity may be rejected or reversed.
7. Self-Referrals & Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not earn commission from purchases made through their own affiliate links or codes.
The following activities are prohibited:
- Fraudulent or artificial referrals;
- Cookie stuffing;
- Manipulation of tracking or attribution;
- Misleading redirects;
- Unauthorized paid search or brand bidding;
- False or misleading advertising;
- Impersonating Lightailing or BriksMax;
- Spam or unsolicited promotion;
- Unauthorized use or distribution of promotional codes;
- Any attempt to claim commission for traffic or purchases not genuinely referred by the affiliate.
Lightailing may investigate suspicious activity and request reasonable information regarding an affiliate's traffic sources or promotional methods.
8. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Commission is not payable on cancelled, returned, fully refunded, fraudulent, or chargeback orders.
For partially refunded or adjusted orders, commission may be recalculated based on the final eligible order value.
If commission has already been recorded for an order that later becomes ineligible, Lightailing may adjust, reject, reverse, or deduct the corresponding commission from the affiliate balance.
9. Commission Review & Adjustments
All commissions are subject to validation and Program eligibility requirements.
An order or commission appearing as pending or approved in the affiliate dashboard does not guarantee final payment if the underlying transaction is later found to be ineligible.
Lightailing may review relevant information including order status, referral attribution, traffic source, promotional method, refund status, and compliance with these Terms.
If an affiliate believes a commission was incorrectly adjusted or rejected, they may contact us and provide relevant information for review.
10. Payments
The minimum payout threshold is $100 USD.
Balances below $100 will remain in the affiliate account and continue to accumulate until the minimum payout threshold is reached.
Eligible payments are generally processed within the first 10 business days of each month, subject to commission validation and the applicable payment schedule.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and valid payment information. Lightailing is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete payment details.
11. Suspension & Termination
Lightailing may suspend or terminate an affiliate account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive activity, or other conduct that may harm Lightailing, BriksMax, our customers, or the integrity of the Program.
Depending on the circumstances, commissions associated with prohibited or ineligible activity may be rejected or reversed.
Termination does not affect payment of otherwise eligible commissions that were validly earned before termination, subject to these Terms.
12. Program Changes
Lightailing may modify commission rates, promotional rules, eligibility requirements, payment terms, or other aspects of the Program from time to time.
Material changes may be communicated through the affiliate platform, email, or this page as appropriate.
Continued participation in the Program after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
