Upon termination, you must immediately cease all access and use of the Site. We will revoke all your account credentials and block subsequent Site access. Termination of this Agreement does not invalidate any rights, obligations, or outstanding payment liabilities incurred by either party prior to termination.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

This Site, all products, and online transaction services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to our standard sales terms.

No delay or failure by us to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of such provision or any future enforcement rights. No single waiver of any breach shall imply a waiver of subsequent or similar breaches.
