Light kit for Horizon Forbidden West: Tallneck 76989-Lightailing

Looks just amazing. Very good balance of colors, not over saturated. Blue lights on neck is just amazing.
A lil bit tricky to install but looks great after all.

Everything is just so good with this set, even the traffic light adds to the result !

Overall, very happy with price point and the end result.

My one constructive critique is that the directions aren't the easiest to follow. I've got excellent eye sight and I still had to have the instructions nose to booklet to try and make out the placement of wires. The lego bricks being black and the cord being black works on the model. However, the wires for the instructions need to be a bright color to make it easier to read.

I highly recommend this light addition to the Horizon Forbidden West: Tallneck. The set itself is a bit of a delicate build, so you have to be pretty careful putting these in, but it is worth the effort! Also, the wire management on this is superb, you can hardly see any strands. The blue lights through the neck are especially eye-catching.

Ordered this LED set for my Horizon LEGO kit and was able to add it the other day. It's fantastic and works amazingly! I was a bit worried while installing it that I might crimp or crush a wire, but with a gentle hand and patience everything went into place without any issues. My kit looks amazing now when I turn on the LEDs and enhance the shelf presence massively!

Nice upgrade for my set, rallye cool, quite easy to install (but not quick).

I got this for my boyfriend along with the actual lego set and he adores it. Said it was pretty easy to put together with the instructions but struggled with the neck part. It worked out though. Definitely would buy from here again for other sets. Came in a dew days earlier than expected which was nice, very accurate about the shipping times.

This really makes the Tallneck pop. There are a bunch of lights on 3 separate strands you need to install. Comes with a USB battery holder - 3 double AA.
Very detailed instructions with pictures, but we still had trouble getting the neck lights to fit without showing wires. Just be careful locking bricks down around the wires so you don't break anything and you will love it.

Lights looks great, I had an issue with my lights and they sent me a replacement free of charge.
Rather difficult to install but worth it.

As always, a quality set with clear instructions, very easy to install and good advice on wire placement. Sometime the contrast on the images is a bit dark and one improvement would be to say, when they’re is a string of lights, it’d be nice to know which one to start with.
Really brings the Tallneck to life!

The setup is very nice. Lights are very bright and I love the colours. It is well though out and works pretty well. Instructions are very well done, but I did fought with the neck lights a bit. It requires correct orientation of 1x2 pieces and correct twisting of the wiring, which i did not understood from the manual on the first try. They are logicaly put, but it took me while to figure out and because of a intentionally "short wires" (they have no extra length, which makes them more invisible) you have to get it 100% right. When i turned them wrong side up I almost snapped the wiring. So be carefull. Other than that. Super fun build a beatifull outcome.

At first I had thought that it would be a challenge to install these lights but after reading the steps and ensuring to follow them exactly step by step being careful these lights got installed without issue and without concern.

The end result is amazing these lights are perfect for any kit that you want to display and light up, I will be getting more kits over time to complete my kits going forward and I am sure I will be just as pleased as I am now with all end results.

The set was perfect until I reached the lights going to the neck. After a lot of confusion and comparing both the Lego and light instructions, I realized that the light instructions has the set built incorrectly in the neck. I had to do quite a bit of workarounds to make this work.

As other reviews stated the wires are very fragile. I put it together with the lights on so I could see when I was applying too much stress. The end result is incredible. I was very impressed how all the wires come together at the end. Highly recommend.

These lights are bright. The wires are quite fragile and thin. Just gotta be careful working with it. Other than that, these lights adds a better look for the Lego sets.
