Light Kit for Christmas Tree 40573-Briksmax

A great touch to this Christmas set!

This light kit is a must!! What is a Christmas tree without lights. It is beautiful. I bought two sets and added lights where some parts did not have any near the middle and it really pops!!
It is standing out on my lego shelve!
Another perfect addition to a lego set!!

This is my first experience with Briksmax lights. Following the instructions in the book, I had little trouble installing the LED's. However, inserting the wire plug into the hub was challenging. Ultimately, I broke the wire at the plug-inend. Very tiny pieces. Advice or best technique for inserting the wires to the hub would be helpful.
PS. Briksmax will replace the wire! Very customer oriented.

Top in light for lego

Makes my tree pop. Challenging install, but worth it. As other reviews have said, needs two people to get all together in last few steps. You do have to remove the center core of the tree support to install lights but lighting is impossible without that mod, unless one wants cabling on the outside of the tree. Though the power cable to the usb could stand to be longer in order to plug it into a cube or power bar is lacking, it can be extended with the usb extender available on this site.

Really brought the kit to life though had to be careful as the tree wasn’t as stable as normally built

looks great once done! only thing is the installation. what a mission! very fiddly and a 2 person job if you wanna make it easier for yourself. You also have to take apart a lot of the set during it, but I could see why at the end. Overall challenging installation but great once done!

Purchased as a gift, shipping was easy and trackable, packaging of the little light kit box is so cute! I purchased multiple items and both the Briksmax and Lightailing boxes are adorable, though they were gifts so I don't know what's inside.

Wish the directions would coincide with the actual lego directions instead of taking apart the set.
