Light Kit for Motorized Lighthouse 21335-Briksmax

The lighting brightens up the entire structure. It also has a separate lighthouse lamp light, but I didn't use that.
I miss the ability to hide the battery pack.

Overall, the detail is great, but two small concerns. One, the pictured instructions can be slightly confusing and you must pay close attention to what pieces need to be removed and when to replace. The other concern is the plugs on the wires. The ends needed to be slightly smaller. They did not match the pictures and I understand that. The longer plugs made the installation of the lights inside the lighthouse itself a little wonky and not snug as they showed in the pics. I will still purchase from lightaling because they have great products and designs.

Perfect light kit

The Lightailing lights for the motorized lighthouse are wonderful, especially in a darkened room. I have a bookcase filled with lighted LEGO models of famous buildings and iconic structures, and the revolving lighthouse beam adds a great deal to the overall sense of wonder. The lights truly make the model come alive, giving it a presence that draws your eye every time you walk past.

I’ve wired all my light sets to a single on/off switch, and when everything comes to life at once, my LEGO room becomes a calming and enchanting experience for me and my family. The lighthouse isn’t the centerpiece of my collection—that honor goes to the Disneyland Castle—but it’s a major part of the architectural landscape I’m trying to create, adding movement and atmosphere that tie the whole display together.

Note that in the Lightailing set for the lighthouse, you have the option to use a battery powered white LED bulb in place of the light included with the LEGO kit on the rotating lamp. The replacement bulb is brighter, but it must be switched on and off manually, so I chose not to use the additional battery powered lamp and stuck with the original, which works perfectly with my single light switch that controls the entire LEGO model collection.

Was worried about it coming from China and how long it would take but it arrived in about 3 to 4 weeks. Everything was fine.

Looks great when completed. Would be nice if you could install the lights as you built the kit. The instructions are written for a retro-fit. Some of the steps required removing a significant number of
Blocks and they are somewhat challenging to reinstall after the fact.

A perfectly balanced lighting set, which highlights the right spots, without super loading the lighthouse with fancy weird rotating light effects as seen in many other brands.

Super lightings for this great LEGO set.. lights accentuated the whole lego set..it stands tall with the lights and give real feel of the light house
