Lego Star Wars 20 years of greatest battle build idolization [Happy Anniversary]

It is wonderful that Lego Star Wars have complete led 20 years of its gracious journey. If you are a fan of Lego Star Wars, you will be mesmerized to know that the company has launched five new sets of the special edition to celebrate the anniversary.

However, 20 years ago, the scenario was completely different. LEGO and Star Wars collaborated together and made a mark in the hearts of the young fans. The LEGO fans have always been an integral part of the journey so far. Most of the fans have built and re-imagined the models so far. The Lego Star War Death Star has many variants due to creative re-thinking and imagination.

The fun features of the Star War series are diverse and only the fans of LEGO Star Wars know them. Some of them are given below:

  • The Lego Star Wars Death Star model comprised of the 24 mini-figures and the fans can easily make every scene happening in the death star model.
  • The Jar Jar Binks is one of the leading models which had a unique head sculpt.
  • The Republic Gunship Model of 2002 only featured the Jeddy Bob mini-figure.
  • The helmet of Darth Vader has remained unchanged for the last 20 years.

Remarkable milestones of LEGO StarWars

There are some leading milestones of the 20-year journey of Lego Star War series.  In the year 1998, the initial agreement signing took place. In 1999 the launching was fixed and 13 models were launched.

In 2000, Chewbacca came in which was the most challenging model of the whole series. From the years 2002 to 2007 saw a lot of diversification in the Lego models. The models with the automated movement came in 2007 for the first time. The Millennium Falcon was launched for the first time in 2007. The Lego Star Wars Millennium Falcon 75105 was an updated version which was released in 2015.

When it comes to the longest LEGO model, the fans think rightly about the Lego Star Wars super star destroyer 10221.  It was released in 2011 and was 124 cm long.


The 20th Anniversary Update

There are five LEGO Star War models launched in 2019. The uniqueness of the figures is that the throwback mini-figures are also present. The models are Slave 1, Snowspeeder, Clone Scout Walker, Prodracer and Imperial Dropship.

The Slave 1 model features Boba Fett and Han Solo Zuckuss along with 4 LOM magnifiers. The Snowspeeder features Lando, Luke Skywalker and Dak Ralter. In the Clone Scout Walker, you can find the mini-figures of Darth Vader, Wookie Warrior, and many others. The Prodracer features Luke Skywalker mainly. The Imperial Dropship features Han Solo.

 The 20-year-old journey of Star War is unique and LEGO is all set to make the journey more enriched in the coming years.
